Why we exist

Many people suffer from painful ingrown toenails – often for a long time. These problems are frequently underestimated or ignored until they severely impact daily life: Every step hurts, wearing shoes becomes uncomfortable, sports are barely possible, and in the worst case, surgery is even threatened.

This is exactly where the B/S Brace an. For over 35 years, we have been developing and manufacturing nail correction braces that gently and reliably help those affected.

“This can be even better.”

Bernd Stolz discovered his passion for foot care early on: At just 14, he began his career in his parents' foot care practice, and a year later, he learned how to apply the Ross Fraser brace.

But one thought wouldn't let him go:
"That can be even better."

The Development of the B/S Brace

This vision led to the birth of the B/S Brace - a gentle, pain-free, and highly effective alternative to surgical procedures.

After countless attempts with metal and conventional adhesives, the breakthrough finally came: fiberglass-reinforced thermoset plastic, combined with innovative adhesive technology and extensive know-how acquired over the years.

Transition to ecological packaging and plastic reduction.
Since 2021, we have been making a clear statement for environmental protection: Our individual products are packaged in 100% biodegradable and recyclable materials. At the same time, we have succeeded in reducing the plastic content in all sets by 25%. This consistent resource conservation is achieved without compromising on hygiene, protection, or the usual quality for our users.

With the B/S Brace Magnet+, we expanded our portfolio to include a wider variant for extra strong nails. It is 1mm wider than the classic B/S Brace Magnet, offering significantly higher tensile strength for thicker nails – with the usual easy application and utmost precision.

Technological innovation for even simpler application.
The Magnet Brace expands and protects our global expertise.
The integrated Magnetpoint made the B/S Brace magnetically activatable for the first time. This innovation enabled a completely new form of fixation and more controlled placement on the nail – a principle that still forms the basis of our modern application system today.

Direct application for a smooth workflow.
New variant, new possibilities.
The B/S Brace Quick offers optimized handling in practice. Since the brace is already application-ready on its carrier, it can be placed directly onto the nail with the fingers, without any detours. This saved step noticeably simplifies daily workflows.
